What you can expect
Your order status and carrier tracking are not the same thing. If carrier tracking has been added to your shipment, follow the tracking link shown with your order for the carrier’s available updates.
Some orders may show an order or fulfillment status without a carrier tracking link. A “Delivered” label alone does not provide carrier tracking details. If no tracking link appears, there is no carrier tracking link available for you to follow at that time.
You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation email to check that specific order.
